Audit log for document processing history

For compliance purposes, we need a detailed audit trail showing:

  • Who uploaded each document
  • When it was processed
  • Which template was used
  • Who accessed the results
  • Any modifications to extracted data

Currently I’m piecing this together from API logs and internal records. Having a built-in audit log in the dashboard would be extremely valuable for regulated industries.

Big +1 from legal. We need this for client matter compliance. Even a simple CSV export of processing history would be a start.

Healthcare here — we absolutely need this for HIPAA. An audit trail of who accessed what PHI and when is a regulatory requirement for us.
