Compliance document retention — how long do you keep processed docs?

Quick question for the group: what’s your retention policy for documents processed through Qomplement? We’re in financial services so we have regulatory requirements (7 years min for most things), and I want to make sure our Qomplement setup aligns with that.

Do most people keep the originals + extracted data, or just the extracted data with a reference to the original storage location?

Legal ops here — we keep both. The extracted data goes into our DMS and the originals stay in our cloud storage (S3). Qomplement’s Cloud integration makes it easy to maintain that link. For audit purposes you really want the originals accessible.
