Real estate use case — title documents and closing packages

Just wanted to share that we started using Qomplement about 6 weeks ago for processing title documents and closing packages. We handle ~300 closings/month and each one has 30-50 pages of docs that need data pulled out.

The Document Parser has been solid for extracting party names, legal descriptions, and recording info. Still tweaking templates for some of the weirder county-specific formats but overall it’s been a huge time saver. Our processors used to spend 45 min per package doing manual entry — now it’s about 10 min of review.

This is really encouraging! We’re in insurance and looking at Qomplement for claims documents. Similar volume to yours. How long did the initial template setup take?

For our core doc types (deed, mortgage, title commitment) it was about 2 days of tweaking. The weird ones like surveys and tax certs took another week. But once they’re set up they just work.
