Tried uploading a 30MB scanned document through the web UI and the upload spinner just runs forever — no error message, no timeout, just infinite spinning. Had to refresh the page.
Is 25MB the limit? If so, a clear error message would be much better than silent failure. I ended up compressing the scan and re-uploading at 18MB which worked fine.
Good catch — the current limit is 25MB for web uploads and 50MB via API. You’re right that the UI should show a clear error when the limit is exceeded. We’ll fix the error handling. In the meantime, compressing scans or reducing DPI to 300 is the way to go — higher resolution doesn’t actually improve parsing accuracy much.
